About the role

Serves as Administrative Officer responsible for providing administrative management services which include all policy matters involving administrative support, manpower and budget, personnel activities, and management studies. Ensures personnel actions processed are in alignment with the Director's manning and organizational plan structure. Creates a balanced personnel budget schedule based on programming criteria, budget constraints, organization objectives, and priorities. Develops, prepares, and updates the Directorate administrative policies and procedures. Serves as the administrator for the time and attendance automated system. Plans, organizes, and directs the execution of the Directorate performance measurement programs and conformance with reaching installation strategic goals. Analyzes manpower manning documents to explore and isolate problem areas and negative trends and to develop strategies precipitated by changes in funding levels.
