The Systemic Resolution Planning (SRP) Section is located within the Dodd-Frank Act (DFA) Strategic Planning Sub-Branch and is primarily responsible for developing and maintaining institution-specific resolution planning documents for Global Systemically Important Financial Institutions (GSIBs) under Title II of the DFA. The DFA Strategic Planning sub-branch is responsible for formulating actionable strategic options for the resolution of U.S. GSIBs and other systemically important financial institutions using the Orderly Liquidation Authority (OLA), or Title II of the DFA.
