About the role
You will serve as a/an Marine Inspector and be responsible for serving the civilian Outer Continental Shelf Division's source for continuity of previous inspection policies, technical issues, special program support activity and a primary inspection representative with the maritime industry responsible for commercial vessel safety; including administering the Maritime Transportation Security Act (MTSA) security exams; new construction oversight and project management. Being a Coast Guard civilian makes you a valuable member of the Coast Guard team.
