Lead Interdisciplinary (Cost Engineer Team Lead)

Serve as a working Team Lead to a team of cost engineers in multiple disciplines (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) which includes assigning work, reviewing work products, providing mentoring and/or coaching, and other team lead duties. Serve as subject matter expert in cost engineering to include knowledge of all applicable regulations, estimating methods, and policies and procedures. Provide and lead the preparation of fair cost, baseline, and working control estimates as well as Independent Government Estimate (IGE) for a wide range of civil work projects involving extensive features in multiple disciplines. Serve as lead construction liaison and technical representative for planned and ongoing construction projects providing constructability expertise to design teams during design phase of projects.
