Medical Contract Business Assistant (Office Automation)

Serve as a Medical Contract Business Assistant in a Military Treatment Facility (MTF). Resolve discrepancies by comparing to precedent cases or in-depth interpretation of specifics in the contracts. Maintain cost and employee data on all current contract employees by department, section and position in access database. Participate in meetings with contractors, quality assurance evaluators and/or contracting personnel to resolve compliance discrepancies and/or request documentation. Prepare receiving reports for services ensuring conformance to individual contracting requirements are met. Establish effective working relationships with local contracting personnel and/or other agencies as needed.
