Establish and manage user accounts, to include determining and maintaining user privilege levels. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, Wide Area Network and Local Area Network problems where applicable, and coordinate with other agencies to ensure timely resolution. Record and report Information Technology incidents as they occur to effectively track outages and types of interruptions to service and to build a knowledge base for future problem resolution. Provide input to the Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) Continuity of Operation Plan (COOP) procedures for system disaster recovery (COOP recovery includes reestablishment of multiple systems). Provide information management services, to include data analysis, to determine trends in use or performance that could lead to future problems.
