About the role

Conducts analytical assessments of organizational information management programs, including digital repositories, metadata frameworks, retention systems, and cloud-based environments. Supports digital preservation, defensible disposition, audit readiness, legal and compliance risk mitigation, operational continuity, and the integrity required for emerging automation and AI capabilities. Assesses proposed repository structures, metadata models, retention controls, and lifecycle governance behaviors to identify gaps, risks, and recommended improvement. Validates metadata, content organization, and retention behaviors to identify lifecycle discrepancies, structural gaps, compliance risks, and opportunities to improve information management practices. Evaluates unstructured information environments, including working documents, official records, reference materials, and redundant or outdated content, to support cleanup, migration readiness, lifecycle management, and long-term governance.
