Technical and Quality Analyst

Serves as the subject matter expert overseeing and developing technical and quality concepts within Financial Management, Order Fulfillment, Planning, Procurement, and Technical/Quality (TQ) Process Teams. Provides guidance to internal and external stakeholders by communicating findings and process improvement recommendations to a diverse audience. Analyzes and evaluates enterprise-wide aspects of Technical Quality process performance and policy effectiveness and their interrelationship with other process initiatives throughout the agency. Monitors and evaluates implementation of accepted proposals for improving Key Performance metrics, and other process performance data for Technical Quality functional process areas. Identifies and defines functional training requirements to develop training materials and provide subject matter expertise.
