MAINTENANCE WORKER (MOTOR VEHICLE OPERATOR)

Performs minor facility maintenance and repair within the 479,317 sq ft headquarters facility and Central Utility Plant. Performs general plumbing maintenance and cleaning repairs. Performs general landscape maintenance and escort duties. Serves as a Motor Vehicle Operator (MVO); Drives one or more types of trucks, such as pickup trucks, panel trucks, and flatbed trucks which typically have a GVW of 10,000 pounds on standard routes over public roads (or equivalent) at highway speeds.
