The Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Chief, Sales Branch, Personal Property Management Service Center is responsible for managing the nationwide GSA Personal Property Sales Program. You will perform the following duties: Reviews and analyzes laws and regulations issued by other Government bodies as to their impact and applicability to sales of surplus property and develops and recommends appropriate program modifications. Conducts market studies as required, including research of the marketing methods of commercial firms engaged in selling unusual or complex types of items.
