About the role
You will evaluate requirements against available resources to access and optimize command programs and policies. You will assess trends and behavioral data to derive and recommend policies, improved tactics and optimize command programs and organization effectiveness. You will coordinate and develop annual program plans, monitor and report execution status, and develop and present strategies to overcome execution challenges. You will coordinate data calls, prepare announcement, and document and update operating policies and procedures in the NAVFAC Business Management System (BMS) and program manuals.
