MACHINIST SUPERVISOR II

You will provide a full breadth of knowledge and skills of the machinist trade in order to provide supervision, planning, and direction to subordinate machinists. You will plan, assign, coordinate, organize, and supervise the day-to-day the operations of several work groups in the machinist trade. You will receive and review work assignments and determine scope of work. You will plan breakdown and/or assignment of work assignments to subordinate supervisors. You will provide decisions on priorities and scheduling details when not established. You will inspect work sites, reviewing status and progress of work. You will provide instruction and training to subordinate supervisors.
