Bremerton, Washington$101k – $131kYesterday
About the role
You will analyze witness statements, regulations, policies, and any other evidentiary sources. You will determine whether the preponderance of the evidence substantiates the allegation. You will receive incoming complaints or allegations regarding a wide range of possible conduct violations. You will conduct a preliminary analysis to clearly define the specific allegations, and to identify a tentative course of action. You will research laws, regulations, instructions, and local policies in order to determine applicability to the type of allegation, e.g., sexual harassment laws have different parameters than claims of fraud, waste, and abuse. You will plan an in-depth investigation with the intent to ascertain objective facts pertinent to the cause and outcome of the incident.
