CIVILIAN PROGRAMS LIAISON

You will act as the liaison to the Commander, Pacific Fleet Southwest Human Resources Office (CPF-SW HRO) on all civilian personnel actions for COMHSMWINGPAC. You will initiate Requests for Personnel Action (RPAs/SF-52) for promotions, recruitments, position description classification, retirements, cash and time off awards and data element corrections. You will update data elements and maintains databases in the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS) and Total Workforce Management System (TWMS). You will track performance appraisal cycles for both Bargaining and Non-Bargaining Unit personnel. You will interact with CPF-SW HRO and other appropriate agencies to ensure personnel actions are prepared and processed in a timely and efficient manner to accomplish the Wing Staff and ASD’s long and short-term organizational needs.
