Maintains and shares up-to-date knowledge of information concerning government records management programs Performs an in-depth review of information contained in intelligence, counterintelligence and personnel security files, using AR 381-10, AR 381-45, and AR 25-1. Ensures conformance to the rules, regulations, and policies in accordance with NARA guidelines, DoD and DA for all records maintained by the organization Ensures permanently valuable information is preserved, and that all other information is retained, reviewed, and disposed of systematically IAW Army Records Management Information System and General Schedule guidelines. Implements Investigative Records Repository (IRR) policies and programs required by Executive Order 13526 for Mandatory Declassification Review of third party/agency requests for agency classified documents.
