About the role

Provide expert input to Directorates on employee relations issues, such as handling a grievance related to performance management. Monitor civilian staffing trends across ACIC units and brief leadership on recruitment shortfalls to maintain mission readiness. Resolve a non-routine placement issue for a technical surveillance countermeasure position using resourceful policy interpretation. Develop position management policies for organizational structure in counterespionage units. Evaluate subordinate performance and counsel staff on improving efficiency in placement processes. Implement staffing initiatives for human intelligence roles, adapting HQ INSCOM guidelines to ACIC requirements. Advise on classification standards for Inspector General investigations involving HR practices.
