As Section Chief, direct all operational and administrative aspects of the section. Plan projects, estimate resource requirements (such as time and budget), and establish priorities. Develop performance standards and evaluate employee performance. Perform oversight of all studies performed for congressionally authorized projects. Plan and execute appropriate studies.
