Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the organiozation, ensuring that work complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Critical Represents the organization with a variety of installation and functional area organizations Implements flying and ground training requirements. Analyzes directives from higher headquarters and information available in form of accident reports and mission readiness reports in order to develop operational plans, standard operating procedures, and implementing instructions pertaining to General Military Training of Squadron personnel, electronic warfare, tactics training, flight operations, intelligence, and command center communications training. Critical As required, flies as an aircrew member. May perform duties as a instructor or examiner as deemed appropriate by the Aircraft Operations Officer/Air Commander
