About the role
The primary purpose of this position is: As a Enlisted Air Reserve Technician (ART), to administer and carry out all matters pertinent to military personnel programs, provide technical guidance and assistance to managers and supervisors within the Numbered Air Force (NAF). Additionally, provides training to reservists in the accomplishment of tasks set forth herein. Duties: 1: Performs Military Personnel Function for the NAF. Ensures accuracy of Personnel Data System products and performs review of data reliability. 2: Serves as a reviewing official for assigned Military Personnel Program segments for subordinate units. 3: Manages the Military Personnel Relocation programs for unit members. 4: Serves as a Career Program Advisor. 5: Plans and manages the Personnel Employment and Customer Service Programs for unit reservists.
