Incumbent serves in the District as Chief of all Management and Disposal activities in the Branch, the incumbent is responsible for the overall planning, directing, coordinating, training, reviewing and supervising the activities of the branch. Responsible for civil and military real estate management and disposal, including supervising outgrants, inspections, and policy development while reviewing branch-wide work actions. Provide information and advice to branch personnel, management, representatives of other governmental agencies and private interests, and provides recommendations as to proposed or anticipated management and disposal activities. Responsible for the overall planning, direction, coordination, and supervision of subordinate staff to effectively accomplish assigned Management and Disposal functions.
