COMPOSITE/PLASTIC FABRICATOR

Inspect all composite or plastic parts, assemblies, sub-assemblies, or structures with straight and curved surfaces having a number of interconnecting parts and components that have been repaired, modified, or overhauled. Inspects aircraft surfaces for damage, integrity, deviations and other out of tolerance conditions affecting Low Observable (LO) coatings. Perform a complete inspection of equipment, all aircraft surfaces for damage, integrity, deviations and other out of tolerance conditions affecting Low Observable (LO) coatings and related components after work has been completed on the aircraft. Conduct and witness inspections and tests on a variety of fabricated and repair work performed by others on structural and nonstructural airframe components, equipment, and completed airframes affecting Low Observable (LO) coatings and related components. Utilize safety practices and procedures following established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean work area.
