CRANE OPERATOR SUPERVISOR I

You will supervise a work group providing weight-handling services, including operating cranes and construction equipment. You will coordinate materials and equipment availability and determine the number of employees needed for assignments. You will assign work projects to employees, stay updated on their progress, and step in to resolve any bottlenecks or delays. You will investigate and analyze instances of cost overruns and low productivity. You will establish leave schedules, conduct performance appraisals, identify training needs, and manage formal grievances. You will prioritize and plan work to fit the general work schedule, redirecting workers or resources as needed.
