About the role
You will serve as a production workforce specialist responsible for developing, implementing and supporting one of the following program areas: Resource Allocation Program, Operations and Workforce Program, or Workforce Development Program. You will analyze production data and recommend solutions to problems encountered, e.g., bottlenecks, backlogs, excessive time consumed, lack of capability in the shop to accomplish the work, etc. You will maintain continuous contact with management, shop personnel, support codes, etc., in order to expedite work. You will provide policy, procedural, technical and process expertise for assigned program. You will provide updated report on progress of assigned production program. You will prepare briefings, charts and graphs to provide senior leadership an up-to-date view of current work schedules and statuses.
