As Section Chief, plans, organizes, directs and oversees the activities of the training and development team, ensuring that civilian human resources training material complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management Represents the Training and Development Branch with a variety of installation and functional area organizations Analyzes trends in problem areas to determine need for development and execution of new training material
