Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment and Placement)

Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of a section in one of the branches in AFPC/DPIA made up of recruitment and placement teams, ensuring that the recruitment and placement actions accomplished by the teams comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management Represents AFPC/DPIA with a variety of installation and functional area organizations Participates in special projects and initiatives and performs special assignments
