Procurement Analyst

Organizational Location: This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, within the Office of Contracting and are assigned based on the need of the agency. Analysis of compliance reviews, contracting files, reviews and comments in planning executing, reviewing, and evaluating procurement programs, policies and procedures. Review various acquisition documents, for complex service contracts that are high dollar, substantial competition, and has multiple CLIN types. Develops, interprets, implements, and writes acquisition policy and guidance materials to clarify regulatory and policy changes and communicates to the workforce. Review proposes agency contract actions over a regulatory established threshold on a regular basis, during the various stages of the procurement process, to ensure quality contract compliance.
