Instructional Systems Specialist

Work involves extensive planning and organization, analysis of accumulated data and information, and considerable coordination and integration of the work with other course or functional activities. Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define learning requirements and content. Participate in the development and revision of Course Analysis products (Long and Short-range peacetime and mobilization training strategies), Individual Training Plan, Course Administrative Data, Programs of Instruction. Establish and maintain liaison with training and training management personnel/agencies involved in education and training throughout the TRADOC school system.
