About the role
In this role as an Attorney - Rulemakings and Releases Legal Review, you will be responsible for: Performing legal review of draft rulemakings, orders, and other SEC and Division documents. Performing legal research and engaging in robust legal interpretation and reasoning to formulate advice and recommend legal courses of action that meet the needs of both mission accomplishment and compliance with law and regulation. Providing legal advice for sensitive and complex programs, issues, and problems. Analyzing and interpreting legislation and implementing regulations. Communicating legal feedback and advice with Division senior officials, supervisors, co-workers, and staff.
