Conducts detailed analysis of proposed legislation, amendments, and committee actions to assess potential impacts on agency operations, finances, and programs. Utilizes a practical knowledge of GPO operations and processes in dealing with congressional staff to identify and clarify legislative issues and evaluate policy options.
