Supervisory Personnel Security Specialist

Lead and supervise a team of adjudicators and support staff, ensuring adherence to federal security clearance guidelines. Review and adjudicate the most complex and sensitive personnel security cases, including those involving derogatory information, appeals, or national security concerns. Write directives and guidelines for policy and program objectives. Liaise with other federal agencies, law enforcement, and intelligence community partners on complex cases and reciprocity matters. Identify and mitigate risks to the personnel security program.
