ACCOUNTANT

Accurately enter all necessary information to process funding documents, create purchase orders, and record other financial obligations. Provide day-to-day posting of A/P invoices and oversee payments performed by DFAS. Provide guidance on the analysis of General Ledger accounts. Explain discrepancies and/or deviations, found, and provide recommendations to improve the financial data. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability of data across the organization's accounting system to ensure audit documentation and an audit trail is supportable.
