Supervisory Social Science Research Analyst

Serve as full Deputy and “alter ego” to the Director and as such, shares fully in the management of all phases of the work of the organization. Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling the resources required to assure the timely, accurate, and cost-effective accomplishment of the Division’s functional responsibilities. Resolve emerging complex issues, advising leadership of potential and emerging problem areas, including the formulation of recommendations for appropriate program responses. Strategically work with CMMI leadership to identify the internal and external political dynamics that impact the work of the organization.
