Paralegal Specialist

Review and analyze MGCRB and PRRB appeals, as well as other complex cases, to identify procedural defects and prepares thorough analyses with well-reasoned recommendations for final disposition. Develop and maintain detailed case status reports to ensure all statutory deadlines for the Administrator’s review are met. Conduct trend analyses regarding case volume, status, and outcomes, proactively updating the Director on progress and identifying potential risks or issues requiring attention. Coordinate the management of court transcripts and works closely with the Office of General Counsel on court filings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
