About the role
As a Supervisory Archives Specialist, you will: Build a team of employees who are technically knowledgeable and dedicated to improving customer service. Assist team members in creating appropriate developmental plans to gain desired competencies. Provide on-the-job learning experiences for team members, to include facilitating mentor relationships between team members. Advise and coordinate team members engaged in responding to routine, unusual, sensitive, and/or highly complex inquiries. Stay abreast of technical issues which may impact NPRC (MPR) processes and operations by attending appropriate briefings, meetings, conferences, etc., and identifying and reading related technical publication. Provide team briefings regarding technical changes and new technical issues.
