WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As an Management and Program Analyst , you will, Develop and maintain dashboards and performance tracking systems to monitor program outcomes and support data-driven decision-making. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, systemic issues, and risks, and develop actionable recommendations to improve program performance. Apply analytical and evaluation frameworks to assess program effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance with established goals and requirements. Draft and update SOPs, guidance documents, and internal procedures to improve consistency, accountability, and operational effectiveness. Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for leadership. Integrate and synthesize data from multiple sources to support program assessments and strategic planning efforts.
