The IT Specialist (SYSANALYSIS/PLCYPLN) performs the following duties: Serves as a technical expert performing feasibility studies which involve application of emerging computer technology to resolve unique user requirements. Monitors, evaluates, and coordinates assigned IT programs. Develops plans, procedures, and detailed instructions for implementing user process changes and support service approaches.
