MANAGEMENT ANALYST (MANPOWER)

Oversees daily manpower activities, advises leaders on staffing needs, and ensures compliance with personnel policies. Review workload and organizational data to recommend staffing levels and improve workforce efficiency. Review and approve personnel actions, maintains accurate manpower records, and coordinates closely with HR and Budget. Compile and analyze mission and staffing data to produce recurring reports and justification documents for leadership. Update organizational structures and positions in manpower systems while ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
