About the role
You will prepare and maintain ownership of instructions, operating policies, procedures, guidelines, and training for assigned laboratory programs. You will design reports for tracking and control of laboratory programs and analyze trends and problems in the flow of work, offering potential resolutions and improvements. You will serve as the laboratory's Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) independently managing service and maintenance contracts and monitoring project tasks and timelines. You will provide direction, training, assistance and oversight to lower grade laboratory personnel in inventory tracking and procurement of supplies and major equipment. You will serve as the laboratory's subject matter expert (SME) for all administrative processes, records, training, materials and equipment procurement, IT, and facility issues.
