About the role
You will perform curriculum development functions; provide curriculum revision services; and develop Navy Training Systems Plans (NTSPs). You will oversee testing and remediation programs and provide in-service training sessions. You will conduct training analysis reviews, course safety reviews, and conduct formal course reviews. You will develop and modify lesson plans and course materials, such as, study guides, visual aids, simulations, written tests, proficiency charts, following a prescribed course framework. You will research training source material such as government regulations, national building codes, technical manuals to ensure the currency, adequacy, and accuracy of established instructional courses.
