MANPOWER MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

You will serve as the principal civilian personnel advisor to the Headquarters and Service Battalion Command Officer and his principal staff. You will manage daily tasks to include coordinating and scheduling training locations, developing and publishing training announcements, soliciting nominees, confirming attendance, processing training certificates, etc. You will conduct workshops for all employees and mentor training for potential candidates in support of established programs. You will plan and coordinate awards, presentations for civilian employees of the Command.
