Administrative Officer

This position is a Shared Services position for Ulysses S. Grant National Historic Site (ULSG) and Ste. Genevieve National Historical Park (STGE). Major duties include, but are not limited to the following: Supervises the administrative staff at the two parks. Serves as the Administrative Officer responsible for managing administrative and business operations. Serves as the principal advisor and management consultant to the Superintendents and park management teams for administrative matters and is often required to troubleshoot a wide range of situations. Responsible for directing and coordinating planning activities to include complex and highly sensitive tasks and projects and is responsible for advising the park management teams and staff on all administrative and business matters.
