Managment and Program Analyst

Organizational Location: This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, within the Office of Administration and are assigned based on the need of the agency. Provide advice to management and execute the office budget, financial management, and resource functions. Serve as the program manager for the USCIS Subscription Program. Lead and coordinate the office travel program by interpreting and applying regulations and local policy, using the travel system, and giving direct assistance and support to office employees. Serve as a subject matter expert in purchase card oversight, reallocation, and reconciliation. Conduct a variety of analytical reporting to support the office fiscal accounting procedures. Write internal office financial management standard operating procedures and policies to effectively manage the office budget. Monitor and analyze data from sophisticated financial and information systems and databases.
