Program Manager (Data Officer)

Manages Bureau data efforts, including IT, software, and other system resources, ensuring that they are operating collaboratively to reduce data silos. Develops and implements short- and long-term data strategies for the Bureau, ensuring they align with the Bureau's mission priorities and overall United States foreign policy direction. Manages Bureau data assets, providing oversight and accountability for the development and maintenance of data programs, platforms, and tools. Advises Bureau leaders on all data-related matters, including issues such as data visualization, data insights and automation, and artificial intelligence applications. Oversees the Bureau's data science and analytics program, recommending technical and analytical solutions that meet Bureau decision-making requirements.
