Supervisory Program Analyst

Duties at the full performance include but are not limited to: Coordinates and supports mechanisms for successful data entry. Ensures accurate, timely and consistent data is entered into the Medical Center database. Establishes and coordinates in-depth training with the HAS Trainer to ensure that HAS and other identified Medical Center staff are educated and accountable for data management. Coordinates the collection of data concerning patient care activities; makes computations as required and reports monthly, quarterly or annually to management. Receives requests from other sources and determines the best method of obtaining, computing and reporting, which involves in an extremely complex blend of computing technology, medical information, communication skills and leadership qualities in a rapidly changing environment. Schedules appointments and utilizes the Electronic Waiting List or Recall List accurately and in a timely manner. Notifies the supervisor when clinic access is less th
