Management and Program Analyst

Implements, coordinates, and/or evaluates initiatives and programs associated with the E-Verify, Employment Eligibility Verification (Form I-9), and/or SAVE programs. Develops and evaluates policies in assigned program or administrative areas. Provides technical assistance and direct support to management in matters relating to the application of planning systems and management programs to meet mission requirements. Advises and provides analytical support on problem definition, planning methodologies, policies, and procedures. Through briefings, presentations and conferences, effectively communicates information and coordinates planning activities for program. Negotiates with officials to accept and implement recommendations that involve substantial resources; involve extensive changes to procedures, policies, and plans; or may conflict with the desires of the studied activities.
