About the role
As a/an Human Resource Specialist (Learning Program Manager), you will: Manage learning and development program(s) and design them to address customers' needs. Serve as an advisor in planning and managing curricula for learning and development programs which includes designing, delivering, and reviewing programming. Evaluate program effectiveness and recommendations, taking into consideration TEI Agencies' priorities, budget limitations, while still aligning with the TEI Director's vision and within the context of a continuous state development, and change. Create and implement strategies and plan and assist with the advertising and marketing of the curricula, courses, programs and events. Develop reports and give presentations for programs, providing briefings and reports to include developing and utilizing metrics to demonstrate progress, continuous improvement, value and innovation.
