About the role
Facilitates and coordinates the preparation and processing of civil works budget activities for Operations Division relating to income projections. Departmental overhead budgeting and execution, workload/staffing, organization, management and reporting, and other activities as assigned for Operations and Maintenance direct and Revolving Fund Appropriations. Oversees preparation, updating and monitoring of the O and M, and Operating Budgets, with specific attention to the Facility Account Budgets and Shop and Yard (Depot) Budget. Oversees preparation and updating of all labor Purchase Request and Commitment (PR and C's) for Operations Division. District office labor as well as some for the supporting elements that use O and M funds and for processing all incoming customer orders for OP.
