FACILITY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (CYBER)

Plans, coordinates, and directs a variety of related work operations or functions utilizing best practices for data centers/mission critical facilities. Performs Facility Management Requirements Planning to develop, evaluate, and implement immediate and long-range goals, objectives, plans, and schedules, in order to meet substantial changes in program authority and/or funding. Coordinates project priorities regarding construction, maintenance, and repair of structures, mechanical systems, and electrical systems. Reviews/ modifies/ schedules routine Preventive Maintenance Inspection (PMI) schedules for facility equipment for: boilers, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, electrical system, and primary transformers. Reviews/ modifies/ schedules routine Preventive Maintenance Inspection (PMI) schedules for fire sprinkler system, fire alarm system, UPS systems, emergency generators, and shredders.
