Health System Specialist

Provides guidance and advises on matters related to the implementation and operational oversight. Performs, reviews, special analyses, studies, and evaluations of the operational requirements necessary for the integrated direct and private sector care delivery of health care. Actively participates in MCSC market operational meetings and provides policy interpretation and guidance. Assists in the identification, analysis, evaluation and monitoring of Business Plan improvement opportunities under the MHS programs. Supports the development of Business Plans through analysis of health services data.
