Health System Specialist

Subject matter expert in Military Health System (MHS) data systems, resourcing models, military beneficiaries and health services, and product lines for healthcare delivery and military readiness functions. Performs complex data extraction, integration of disparate data sets, and conducts statistical analysis of medical and business intelligence systems. Provide consultation services and develops Enterprise-level decision support tools, products, and business practices to inform MHS resourcing strategies and support MTF optimization efforts. Perform impact analysis of various organizational structures, cultures, business processes, personnel policies and medical information systems usage in wide ranging functional data quality areas.
